1. Order
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude the contract by means of these articles. By clicking on the button "order to pay", you place a binding order for the goods listed above. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is made together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by automated e-mail. This purchase confirmation has been concluded with this e-mail confirmation. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by right of revocation by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions on the website at any time. If you have created your own customer account, you can view your past orders in our customer login area.
2. Prices
All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT. No shipping costs. For delivery to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes and charges may apply.
3. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
3.1 Prepayment by bank transfer. If you choose the method of payment Prepayment you get 2% discount. Please transfer the payment amount immediately to our account, we deliver the goods after payment receipt. You will also find our bank details in the order confirmation.

3.2 Credit card (Master Card / Visa)
Your credit card will be charged at the time when we accept your order. No additional costs will be charged if the credit card type is selected. Your credit card details will not be saved.
3.3 Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must always be registered there or register, authenticate with your access data and confirm payment instructions to us (exception, if necessary, guest access). You'll get more information during the ordering process.
3.4 Self-collection
You have the possibility to pick up at TA-65 Deutschland, Rückertstr. 11b, 12163 Berlin, Germany at the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00. In this case please inform us at least one day before.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free of charge in Germany and the Netherlands, shipping costs to all other countries will be indicated during the ordering process to the buyer or to the delivery person or delivery address indicated by the customer as a package with dispatch tracking and delivery notification.
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or charges (such as customs duties) may have to be paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
6. Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship shall be Germany for business transactions and for persons who are not domiciled in Germany.
